Where can I buy Onoma?

You can purchase Onoma products directly from our website or from Amazon UK. All orders are fulfilled by us directly, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked for UK deliveries or Royal Mail International Tracked for deliveries to Ireland. Our packaging is specifically designed to fit through your letterbox, making delivery more convenient and secure.

Where are Onoma’s products made?

All Onoma products are proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom, using a blend of British and globally sourced ingredients. Our pouch packaging is produced in Northern Ireland with a focus on both quality and sustainability. It’s currently made from 4LDPE plastic, which can be recycled at most supermarket recycling points—please do your bit for the planet and hang onto it for your next trip. Our outer packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, made from high-quality corrugated cardboard to ensure your products arrive safely and damage-free. As we grow, we’re continuously rethinking our packaging to make it even more sustainable. By keeping our supply chain small and local to the UK and Northern Ireland, we’re able to minimise transportation distances and reduce our overall environmental impact.

Is Onoma suitable for menopausal women?

Absolutely. Onoma’s products are designed to support urinary health before, during and after menopause. As we age, a weakened immune system can make maintaining urinary health more challenging. Hormonal changes—particularly the decline in oestrogen during perimenopause and menopause—can disrupt the vaginal and urinary microbiome and impact the overall health of the urogenital system, increasing the risk of UTIs. Onoma provides targeted support to help address these concerns and promote long-term wellness.

Is a subscription-based option available?

How does it work?

Tract Tonic is a simple yet powerful daily drink designed to cleanse and protect the urinary tract. D-Mannose and Cranberry, recognised by the NHS for their role in preventing cystitis and UTIs, work by blocking bacteria from adhering to the urethra walls. Fennel and Vitamin C provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support, while natural diuretics and pH balancers help soothe discomfort, reduce burning, and promote urinary health.

For best results, take Tract Tonic once daily and/or before or after sex to support ongoing urinary tract wellness.

When should I take it?

Our urinary health supplements are formulated to help maintain ongoing urinary health and are ideal for daily use as part of your proactive wellness practice. For optimal results, we recommend taking Tract Tonic once daily and/or before or after sex. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to seek medical advice promptly. 

Are Onoma products safe to take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Delivery

How quickly can you deliver the product?

We process all orders directly, ensuring quality control and fast delivery.


United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from London with next-day tracked delivery via Royal Mail (1–2 working days). We understand that when you need relief, you need it urgently.


European Union (including Northern Ireland): Orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany with DHL Standard (3–6 working days). There are no customs or duties to pay for these countries.


All shipments include tracking so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

What if my product is damaged on arrival?
