General Questions

Where can I buy Tract Tonic?

You can purchase Tract Tonic directly from our website or from Amazon UK. All orders are fulfilled by us directly, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked for UK deliveries or Royal Mail International Tracked for deliveries to Northern Ireland. Our packaging is specifically designed to fit through your letterbox, making delivery more convenient and secure.

UPDATED INFORMATION

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and all UK territories, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland at this time. This change is due to a new EU ruling requiring products containing D-Mannose to hold a medical license before they can be sold within EU countries. We appreciate your understanding and will update our customers as soon as we have more information.

Who are Onoma Health's products suitable for?

Our products are designed for adults to support urinary health in both women and men. They can be especially supportive for women during perimenopause and menopause, when hormonal changes and a weaker immune system may increase the risk of UTIs. They were developed with input from gynaecologists and urologists and are considered safe in pregnancy, but we strongly recommend speaking with your doctor before use, especially if you are already taking prenatal supplements or other medications

Children’s needs are different, so please consult your child’s doctor before giving them Onoma Health's products. Many men in our community take Tract Tonic daily to support their urinary health, and for those who use a catheter, it may be especially helpful to drink it afterwards.

Can I take Tract Tonic with antibiotics or Hiprex (methenamine)?

Our supplements are not a treatment and should not replace prescribed medications. You can begin once you’ve finished an antibiotic course. Because Tract Tonic contains potassium and potassium citrate, it’s important to monitor your overall potassium intake if you are on certain antibiotics - your doctor can advise you on this.

Tract Tonic is safe to take alongside Methenamine (Hiprex), but because it alkalises urine, it may reduce Methenamine’s effectiveness. Some people use Tract Tonic alone, while others combine both under medical guidance. Please speak with your doctor before starting Tract Tonic with antibiotics or Hiprex, so they can review the ingredients and ensure it’s right for you.

Is Tract Tonic safe to take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Our formula was developed with input from gynaecologists and urologists and is considered safe in pregnancy. However, every pregnancy is different, and many women take prenatal supplements or other medications at the same time. It is essential to speak with your doctor before using Onoma products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Your doctor will be able to review the full ingredient list and dosages, alongside anything else you are taking, to ensure the combination is appropriate and safe for you.

Is a subscription-based option available?

Our Subscribe & Save option is coming soon - get Tract Tonic for just £30 (that's just £1 per day!). We’re already offering early access to this feature, so if you’ve purchased from us before and want in early, we’ve got you covered. Product Specific / Health & Safety

How does Tract Tonic work and how should I take it?

Tract Tonic is a daily drink designed to cleanse and protect the urinary tract. Key ingredients like D-Mannose and Cranberry (recognised by the NHS for their role in preventing cystitis and UTIs) help prevent bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract, while Fennel, Vitamin C, natural diuretics and pH balancers support comfort and overall urinary health.

For best results, take Tract Tonic once daily and/or before or after sex. If you’re new to it or have a sensitive stomach, start with half a serving for a few days, take it with food, and avoid using it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical advice promptly.

What are the ingredients?

See ingredients in Tract Tonic here.

How should I take Tract Tonic if I have a sensitive stomach?

Our ingredients are generally well tolerated, but some people may notice bloating, loose stool, or quicker digestion - often due to natural fruit acids (like vitamin C and citric acid) and concentrated plant extracts that can stimulate the gut. This effect is normal and usually settles as your body adjusts. If you’d like to make Tract Tonic gentler on your stomach, try:

  • Starting with half a serving for the first few days and increasing gradually
  • Taking it after a meal or snack instead of on an empty stomach
  • Diluting it in extra water and sipping slowly
  • Trying the unflavoured version if you’re sensitive to natural sweeteners

If you experience any concerning or persistent symptoms, stop use and speak with your doctor.

Is Tract Tonic suitable for antibiotic-resistant UTIs (ESBL)?

ESBL (Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase) infections are resistant to many antibiotics and are often caused by E. coli or Klebsiella. D-Mannose, a key ingredient in Tract Tonic, has been studied for its role in helping flush E. coli from the urinary tract. However, Tract Tonic is not a treatment for infections. If you have or suspect an ESBL UTI, it is essential that you speak with your doctor before considering Tract Tonic. They will be able to review your situation, any medications you are on, and advise you properly on whether it’s appropriate for you. Always follow your doctor’s guidance when managing resistant infections.

Where is Tract Tonic made?

All Onoma Health products are proudly made in the UK with carefully selected British and globally sourced ingredients. Our manufacturer operates to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), is fully audited, and compliant with UK/EU EFSA food regulations as well as the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety.

We prioritise safe, natural formulations - our supplements are certified vegan and free from common allergens like soy.
