Taking Tract Tonic is simple, flexible, and designed to fit your daily routine:

  • Daily Support: Mix one serving (2.5 levelled teaspoons) into a large glass of water or water bottle(250–5050 ml of water), stir, and drink immediately. Take once a day to maintain bladder comfort and support protection against recurring infections. 



  • During Flare-Ups:  Take up to 3 servings a day when you feel discomfort or early UTI symptoms.
