A very effective product. Suffered for years, then a friend gave me this to try after bouts of UTI & bladder pain. I really think it has helped.

Such a great product! I got the unflavoured powder and so far it is great and easy to drink! I mix it currently with my flavoured creatine so it’s easy to take daily. What’s made me try it is the fact I have been suffering with reoccurring uti symptoms and I do not want to go down the antibiotic and doctors route I want to help myself naturally. Rather than treat I want to prevent as a way to not feel scared to live again, be intimate with my partner and enjoy day to day life without the worry of if I don’t drink enough water one day I’m going to be suffering with uti symptoms the next! As a woman in the design industry what really pulled me to the product was the overall branding and advertising, it looks beautiful, onoma has done a fantastic job on the website and making something that is still taboo to discuss feel safe.

Such an amazing product!! I’ve never suffered from chronic UTIs, but I do get them once or twice a year especially after sex. I was skeptical because nothing has worked for the years of torture (I wish I was being dramatic!) Of constant UTIs that came on with, and without triggers. I honestly thought it would be another trial and fail but it wasn't! I have finally found something that as soon as I feel a niggle and take it its gone very soon. Even when I did get one (when away for the night with a glass or two of wine) When I did get home I thought i was in for a day of pain, hot water bottles and sleeping it off but after taking this within an hour it was pretty much gone. This has honestly helped me so much and helped with the anxiety of when the next flare up will be. If you're thinking of trying it I would say go for it. I’ve had UTIs for decades, every time after intercourse, sometimes even after drinking alcohol. I’ve suffered from interstitial cystitis for over 18yrs and while nothing can cure it (hyaluronic acid injections and acupuncture help though!) I have found that consistently taking mannose and electrolytes helps manage the symptoms.I have tried many over the years but the Sonoma solution is by far one of the most effective, so I highly recommend if you are struggling with chronic bladder pain
